Need Full-Time Expert WordPress Developer (Long-Term)

Looking for a long-term, consistent project that guarantees 40 hours per week? If yes, then please read further!

We are looking to hire a skilled, honest, "fast" WordPress developer to implement new features, optimize performance, and fix reported errors. You will be responsible for both back-end and front-end development including the implementation of plugins as well as site integration and security updates.

**We are looking for developers who like to ship things quickly. A Developer who is able to come up with creative solutions in order to ship things fast without breaking things**

This developer needs to be very reliable, available, and fast. Including notifying us in advance before going on vacations or trips, having consistent internet, and providing us daily updates on tasks that are being worked on. You will also need to work during off-hours or overtime to address urgent issues and projects.

Some of the tasks include:

-Developing plugins for website.

-Adding features to the website.

-Creating the website architecture.

-Designing and managing the website back-end including database and server integration.

-Conducting website performance tests.

-Monitoring the performance of the live website.

-Developing designs that our designer creates

-Various backend tasks

-Making fixes and updates to the site content

-Conduct tests and QA deliverables before pushing live

Requirements:

-Proven work experience as a WordPress developer.

-Knowledge of front-end technologies including CSS3, JavaScript, HTML5, and jQuery.

-Strong knowledge of Git.

-Experience working with debugging tools.

-Good understanding of website architecture and aesthetics.

-Ability to manage projects.

-Good communication skills.

-Experience with Asana is a plus

We will ask you to do a test project where we can evaluate your abilities. We pay out the following for the test project:

-If we don't hire you, we just pay you $100.

-If we do hire you, we will pay you signing bonus of $350
