Need a WordPress Plugin Developer

I am looking for someone to develop a plugin (or a coded page that I can have in a sub domain) so that my customers can create their own calligraphy guided paper (dotted and lined) where they can customize the separation between the lines (4 horizontal lines: solid baseline, descender and ascender and a dotted x-line) I would like to have about 3 options for slant, but for that not to be customizable as the the lines. I am adding an example of the sheets I manually make. I would like to make the same kind of sheets(+ a watermarked line at the bottom) But I want to be able to from the baseline, set different options of separation for the other lines, with either just numbers or some kind of slide option. After the user is able to move the setting, I would like for them to be able to download the sheet as a letter size (8.5x11 inch) JPG so they can print it.
