Optimize Site Speed of WordPress Site

Hi, Site loads around 11sec by doing 105 requests with around 2.8MB size. As you said you're using CDn but if the site runnig on your own vps i'd suggest to use your own CDN with mod_pagespeed which will results to combine, compress and serve from several CDN. This makes possible to raise up parallel connection by client. Most problematic parts are images. 42 images (almost half of the requests) loading on homepage and these ara taking almost 2MB size. Also mod_pagespeed could help about these. As you're using w3tc already i assume that there is nothing much to do about it's configuration. Let me know if you have any questions.
