I am looking for someone that understands Cpanel / wordpress / .htaccess files and 301 redirects. Recently upgraded website but many of the URLs changed. I have created 301 redirects in Cpanel but they do not seem to be working. NOTE: do not use a plugin. I need someone who can help get the redirects working.

Hi, I have experience in dealing with redirecting issues. Depending on the hosting it could be a wrong .htaccess file (there is usually one in the root dir and one in the WP folder which WP uses; it could be caching problem - some plugins/cPanel services are really persistent with their cache, or something similar really depends on the hosting). I won't use a plugin but the .htaccess as specified. I can finish the job in an hour or less depending on how many URLs are there and which hosting you use (could be more if it is something annoying such as GoDaddy).
