Web developer - Wordpress Expert

Hello there,
As an entrepreneur, I am looking for an honest and hard working wordpress developer. I have three wordpress projects.

You must be able to do a simple QA and look for any error and if you find, they need to be fixed. I simply purchased this theme [login to view URL]
and customized it but needs few things to be fixed.
1. Fix couple of things on the Premium job boxes
2. fix the bugs from attached
3. Make sure Job seekers and employer features are working fine in their respected pages
4. Configure the web mail
5. Speed test
6. Mobile friendly
I am not a technical person (don't have much knowledge in IT) but a businessman and I am doing this project to as a social project to help the young and small businesses in Bangladesh, and not to make any money. Take a look both the theme and the site I have customized it.
For this project my budget is $250 and I will give you 3 days to fix it (make sure that you read my budget and bid within it). Let me know if you are interested. If you do a good job, I will give you two more wp projects.
