Woocommerce tax change in checkout

When a company is buying something there should be no tax in checkout and receipt

When an ordinary customer (private person) is buying something they should pay including tax

We have a field in our checkout to choose if you are a private person or company and a button in the menu. This button and field should work together with the tax and change price on products and checkout. (It is free to change this to another one as long as the design is the same)
