Wordpress One-page website

I am looking for a designer to create a simple one-page website similar to the below link. Not so much the background. A simple black background will do, but looking for each section to be seamless motion, for example, images moving or fading in/out, text moving etc.
Most importantly, I would like to have a similar slider menu on the left, which shows where people are on the page as they scroll up/down, hides names unless hovered, and clickable on the slider or the names. This slider would turn into a burger on phones.

I currently have a Wordpress site with Divi installed. Doesnt need to be Divi. Happy to pay for extensions that will help achieve the job.
Page needs to be fast. Already have most of the artwork, however, I am not a pro at the artwork and will accept advice on making better. The priority now is getting something basic online. We can tweak images later.
