I need a simple wordpress plugin to offer free shipping, but ONLY if the products NOT on sale exceeds a specified amount. For example, let's say i offer free shipping on orders over 50$. What i want is: the products in the cart are:
- 1 product on sale (with discount): 30$
- 1 product regular price (not on sale): 30$
in this case, i don't want to offer free shipping because the sum of regular price products doesn't exceed 50$. If it has one more regular price product of 25$, there would be free shipping.
