Wordpress Template Design Tweaks and Back-end Modifications

Hello,
I am an amateur, and I am building a classifieds website on Wordpress where people will be posting ad listings (like craiglist). But there are some design tweaks and back-end revisions that I don't know how to do, and i am too busy to learn. This is a rush, and i need it done in 1 or 2 days.
here is the full list of revisions that i need done:
DESKTOP SITE:
- Add button to translate the website. add button to main nav bar on the far right. Please use shortcode from the plugin called “GTranslate” i have already installed.
- Make the "Featured" buttons clickable links on homepage (Featured Homes for Sale, Featured Homes for rent, Featured Cars for sale, Featured Businesses)
- Fix google maps API problem
- I have installed a plugin to be able to post paid advertisements from other businesses. Plugin i installed is called “Advanced Ads”. I want to have it possible for me to show advertisements in between the ad posts in the search results. I want to have an advertisements in between every 5 ad posts.
- When you type in search bar and you see the search results, please change the mouse cursor icon to a regular arrow.
- When submitting/creating an ad, and you choose the “Categories” field, could you please extend the drop down menu? It is really short. Please do the same for all the drop down fields while submitting an ad.
- When you are searching for ads and you click on filters on the left, after you click “Apply Filters”, the page lowers/scrolls down a little bit. Please remove that.
- See if we can have “all” button when selecting through filters
- Remove “comments” section while viewing an ad post
- When viewing an individual ad, make it be $ format with commas and decimals, like $15,000.00
- WHEN CREATING AN AD: Have the “Price” field on the right be automatically filled with what you type in the “Price” field on the left
- WHEN CREATING AN AD: When typing numbers, have the “Price” field automatically fill the comma “,” and decimal “.” And dollar sign “$”. Like $650,000.00
- WHEN CREATING AN AD: Create a field option fo users to select “promote ad for 30 days” or “free ad”... if they select “promote ad”, have a block of text appear that says “$35 for 30 days “you will be contacted for payment once your ad has been approved”...please have their selection in the backend for us to view it
- create a separate page to fill out a form as a guest that will create a basic ad that will connect with the fields on the template
MOBILE iOS:
- Change submit button icon (also for iPad)
- Make Navbar sticky
- There is no Search bar on mobile. Make search bar same on mobile as it is on desktop
