160594 Create/put great background

I have an website with good design i think and i have used some round borders, but now i want to put a great background in the middle of the website and/or at least in the change the background because my is a little poor blue with no effects. I want to apply this kind of design/background to all my pages(around 25). My website is [login to view URL] and the borders and background that take me to post this project(i loved this design of borders and backgrounds) is the [login to view URL] i want the design to be equal(because of the colors) to the [login to view URL] or better. Can be made in flash, photoshop, whatever you think will fit better. I Don't know if i need to remodelate all the website but please post your ideas and bids. I have chosen no budget because i don't know the price of a project like this, but i will give priority to low bids of course. Thanks to all programmers and designers.
