Seasonal themed Flash element based on illustrations

Hi, We are a UK based design company with a growing portfolio of clients, our work predominately revolves around website development and design for print. Even tho most of our work consists of web based projects we don't undertake any complex Flash work, and as such we are now looking for a reliable professional Flash designer with XML integration experience. Currently we are look for some help with our own website, we have over the last few months taken the brave step of re-branding, and have developed the concept of basing our branded identity on a seasonal approach using 4 distinctive illustrative themes to reflect the changing seasons. We have already launched the new approach throughout our print stationary but now need to bring our website up to date. So we are looking for designers who can work with our team to develop Flash elements based on 4 illustrations. The new site will be managed by an XML content management system called eZ publish and will predominately be XHTML/CSS based. (Portfolio examples and links must be provided) Thanks :)
