SharePoint Wizard Required

I’m looking for someone who is great with Microsoft SharePoint portal 2007.

I have it installed already, but I want someone to develop me a specific Project Management portal so that I can use SharePoint to manage my projects.

I want to create a central portal where everyone can see the status of a project including:

Traffic light dashboard system – Red, Amber and Green reporting, needs to be linked into the project plan created in Microsoft Project.

Risk and Issue management – People using SharePoint can add or monitor new risks and issues. Perhaps this would be tied into an MS access backend.

And all the usual project management requirements.

Do not quote for the entire project as it is organic and will grow, so best to quote for your hourly rate. The first area I want developed is the risks and issues and the status dashboard.
