YouTube Editing & Thumbnail Creation

I’m producing a long-form, story telling videos for my YouTube channel and need an editor who can give the footage a professional, clean finish. The raw material is already recorded; what I’m looking for now is someone who can turn it into a viewer-friendly episode that flows logically from intro to outro while holding attention throughout. Here is what the project involves: • I will provide raw recorded video. Edit the full video into a polished, long-form video , ready to upload, of about 15 - 20 minutes. • Apply smooth, tasteful transitions and effects that feel modern yet unobtrusive. Integrate relevant images for explanation. • Underscore the content with background music and light sound effects where they enhance clarity or energy—levels balanced so the narration always remains clear. • Design an eye-catching custom thumbnail that matches the channel’s style and makes the topic immediately obvious. Acceptance criteria 1. Final video delivered in 1080p- 60fps (or higher if available) ready for direct upload. 2. Thumbnail supplied as a high-res PNG/JPG plus the editable file. 3. All text overlays spelled correctly and timed accurately. 4. Music and effects either royalty-free or licensed for YouTube use. 5. Turnaround of about 3 - 4 days (revisions included). 6. Preference to someone who understands hindi fluently. 7. Maintain viewer retention through strategic cuts and visual resets.
