My enterprise L1 support flow runs on Claude’s Team plan for AI-powered chat and Zoho Desk for ticket management. I want Zapier in the middle so the two tools talk to each other without manual copy-paste. Core objectives • Whenever a support interaction starts or an existing one changes in Claude, a matching ticket should be created or updated in Zoho Desk with the right subject, description, requester and tags. • Key moments in the ticket life-cycle—new ticket created, status moved to “Waiting on Customer”, “Resolved”, or similar—must trigger automatic notifications so my team never misses the next action. Email is essential; I am open to in-app or other channels if they make sense. Scope of work 1. Map fields between Claude conversations and Zoho Desk tickets so data stays consistent. 2. Build the Zaps (or Zapier Paths) that: – Detect a new or updated thread in Claude and create / update the corresponding Zoho ticket. – Listen for status changes in Zoho Desk and push a concise update back to our chosen notification channel. 3. Add basic error handling and logging so failures surface quickly. 4. Walk me through a short hand-off session so I understand how to extend or pause the automation. Acceptance criteria • New or updated Claude conversation appears in Zoho Desk in under one minute, with correct requester, subject and description. • Ticket status change in Zoho triggers a notification containing ticket ID, subject and new status. • All Zaps run without error for 48 hours after cut-over. I already have admin access to Claude, Zoho Desk and Zapier; you’ll receive temporary credentials in a shared vault.
