Zapier Instagram Auto-Posting Setup

Situation: I have Zapier premium subscription - I have been working on setting up Social Media Content Generation aand Posting with AI for Instagram and other social medias. Goal: Use ChatGPT/Gemini to generate an image and copy to post to social media 1-3 times a day to generate interest and engagement. Workflow: Create (finish) Zap where it takes prompt to generate a new marketing picture / copy prompt - and it creates it - then sends me a message/email on my phone and I approve it somehow - then it posts that picture and copy to social media. Or some variation of that. I have too many others things to do I would like a Zapier expert to knock this out for me, and I will have other Marketing / (other) things to automate. Should take 1-2 hours or so
