Zoho Creator for Water Metering App

We are looking for a Zoho Creator developer (preferably certified, with experience in billing/utility applications) to build a lean MVP platform for water sub-metering and tenant billing. Core Requirements: • Admin portal to: • Add properties and units • Set tiered water rates and fixed fees • Tenant portal: • Sign-up with terms acceptance • View bills and payment history • Pay bills online (Stripe/UPI/credit card) • Request disconnection when moving out • Automated notifications: bill due, overdue, late payment • Import data from Excel/CSV • Reporting for usage and collections Important: • This is an MVP (small budget project), so we need a cost-effective but functional solution. • The app should be expandable later with additional features (e.g. integrations with Zoho Books, detailed analytics, etc.). Deliverables: • Fully working MVP on Zoho Creator • Basic user guide / handover documentation Budget: Open to proposals (looking for cost-effective options). Preferred Freelancer: • Zoho Creator certified or experienced with similar billing/utility projects • Can deliver within 3–4 weeks • Good communication and ability to work on iterations
