One question before anything is built, and it may save you the project: are you committed to Mailchimp or Constant Contact, or just to sending campaigns? Zoho Campaigns syncs with Zoho CRM natively - leads, segments and results flow both ways with no custom integration to maintain. If you are not already tied to an outside tool, that is the cheaper and more durable answer, and I would rather tell you than build you something to look after. If you are committed to an outside tool, the part that matters is direction. A one-way push of contacts is easy and quietly dangerous: unsubscribes and bounces recorded in the email platform must flow back into CRM, or your team keeps calling and mailing people who have opted out. That is a compliance problem, not a nicety, so the sync runs both ways with the email platform treated as the source of truth for consent. Also worth separating: the social side is a different integration from email, most likely Zoho Social, and pricing them as one job hides that.
