Zoho Analytics & CRM Dashboard Creation

I need a complete set of interactive dashboards built in Zoho Analytics that pull live data from Zoho CRM, Zoho Books, and Zoho People & Payroll. The goal is to turn raw tables into clear, decision-ready insights on sales performance, customer satisfaction, operational efficiency, and overall business health. You’ll be working inside my Zoho environment, shaping custom SQL queries where native joins fall short, blending data across apps, and designing visuals that managers can drill into without touching the underlying logic. Every chart should refresh automatically, respect user-level permissions, and be easy to export or schedule as PDF/email. Deliverables • Sales Performance dashboards highlighting pipeline stages, won vs lost trends, revenue forecasts, and rep-level KPIs. • Customer Satisfaction views tracking tickets, CSAT/NPS, response times, and churn indicators. • A high-level Business Performance scorecard that rolls all key metrics into a single executive page. • Documentation covering data models, custom formulas, and steps to extend or copy each report. Acceptance criteria: dashboards load in under five seconds, figures reconcile exactly with source modules, and all filters (date, team, region) return accurate results. I will grant sandbox access as soon as we agree on the schema map. Please outline any prior Zoho Analytics builds, the SQL functions you tend to rely on (window functions, datediff, etc.), and an estimated timeframe for first drafts.
