I’m ready to move from a largely manual sales process to one that runs itself inside Zoho CRM. The stages of the pipeline are already mapped out; what I don’t have are the workflow rules, Blueprints, Deluge scripts and task triggers that will push a lead from one stage to the next without constant hand-holding. Here’s what I need built: • Workflow logic that automatically updates deal stages, assigns owners, sets follow-up tasks and fires email/SMS alerts. • A clean, well-labeled Blueprint so reps always know the next action and nothing slips through the cracks. • Custom functions or webhooks where out-of-the-box automation can’t reach. • Short Loom or written walkthrough showing how each piece fits together so I can adjust it later. If you also know your way around ManyChat and can pass Messenger leads straight into Zoho (or trigger pipeline events based on chat activity) let me know—that integration will become phase two right after this goes live. I can give you admin access to a dedicated sandbox plus a precise list of stages and field names the moment we start.
