Need help setting up a self service Widget using either Zendesk or Zoho Desk tool (need suggestion also on the right plan of subscription):
The key features we are looking to implement in the widget:
1. The user can search for the things they need help with first and the widget suggest a list of recommended topics for self help, the user then can either choose to read those articles or send us an email
2. Basic information gathering and send an email to our support inbox
This is the first phase of the project, later on, we might need to look at the actual ticketing system sits behind the support inbox with the ability to quickly pick pre-formatted responses.
