How I vision the Zoho and our PHP web app to work together to create seamless support and remarketing system.
When a customer lands on the site and chooses to sign up from the purchase link I want the customer info to be integrated as followed.
When customer and payment info is received:
- contact created in CRM
- welcome email sent from campaigns and added to the mailing list for remarketing
- payment to be recorded in the customer dashboard (Web app – already done), all admin panels (Web app – already done), and Zoho subscriptions (Note: customer dashboard and all admin panels are already available in the web app)
I want the support portal to be linked to the customer dashboard

- desk support channels (already done)
- customers should be able to access the past and open support tickets inside the customer panel. (maybe make a "support center" or "support tickets" tab in the menu and make SSO to support channel inside desk with their related tickets)
Payment and subscription management:
I would like an account management feature for the user or company admin to be able to update payment methods and manage subscriptions
