Messaging contest holders
Communicating with contest holders can be done through different avenues, depending on the contest status and on the freelancer’s privilege.
Public Clarification Board
Freelancers can communicate with contest holders through the Public Clarification Board found at the bottom left part of every contest page.
Anyone can view and add to the thread, and it will be available regardless of the contest's status (unless it is deleted).
Contest Handover page
Chat is available regardless of a contest’s status, as long as it is not deleted. Only the winning freelancers and contest holders have the option to initiate chat.
1. On the contest page, mouse over the winning entry, and click Handover.
2. The Chat button will be available on the Handover page.
