Reporting a project
We encourage you to report projects that are found to be violating our terms and conditions and projects that show signs of potential scammers for us to keep our marketplace a safer place for everyone.
- In the Project Details page, scroll down to find the Report Project button, just below the Bookmark Project option.
- Select the reason for reporting the project.
- Click Continue to proceed.
- Describe the issue. Write a concise description of why the project is violating the site rules.
- Click Continue to send your report.
We keep all reports confidential. All reports received are investigated, and sanctions are issued accordingly to those who are proven to have violated the site rules.
