We need to review each application briefly, we are trained to identify fraud applications. •We make out-bound calls to inform our customer If they failed to meet our criteria, or If they need to do something on their end to complete the process of their application.

• A UK based company and our main task is to make out-bound calls to our English customers to update them about the status of their loan application. We call them when they need to send certain documents to complete the process of their application, If there loans are approved, or If they are eligible to get another loan. Sometimes, during collections busy days we also help them by calling all customers who are due to pay. Basically, we do not focus on one job, we also multi-task.
