  “Promises the world but cannot deliver – do not believe this freelancer. This project was supposed to take 1.5 hours (his claims) and two weeks later is not finished and no code delivered. The job was to convert HTML to Joomla. His Joomla version did not render correctly in any browser (the original did in all browsers) with many elements way out of alignment or overlapping. Finally after sending screenshots (despite the problems being very obvious) and asking seven times for some things it was finally rendering correctly in IE7 and Firefox, but still major problems in every other browser. Now he will not respond at all. He does not have the technical skills he claims he has, is an extremely poor communicator, has poor attention to detail, poor work ethic, and when issues arise he is passive aggressive and unreceptive to working together to resolve them. Don't be lured in by his false claims of being able to complete your project – AVOID USING THIS FREELANCER!”
