The freelancer I chose for my project is not getting it done. He said he could have it done in 30 days and the project was awarded to him on June 24th, 2010. It is now July 13th, 2010. Around 50 days now since bidding was awarded. A few weeks ago, I notified my freelancer I was going to be going on vacation for 3 days and would be out of contact for that time. He replied to my email, indicating he was having some problems with completing my project and that I would have an update by the time I returned on Monday. Guess what, no update on Monday. I emailed him several times that week and finally by around the end of that week, I received a reply indicating he was going through some personal issues in his life and that he could have the project done in 10 days and that he would be in touch in 10 days from that point. I received that email on July 29th, 2010. Now, here it is 14 or 15 days later and he doesn't have project completed and has not contacted me.
