Mridul Jindal is a first-generation lawyer who graduated from Jindal Global Law School. He practices law in the Delhi High Court and various district courts, tribunals, and forums in Delhi and the Delhi NCR (National Capital Region) courts. He was enrolled as an advocate at the Bar Council of Delhi in 2021 and is a member of several bar associations, including the Delhi High Court Bar Association, Shahdara Bar Association, and New Delhi Bar Association.
Mr. Jindal's area of research is in Criminal and Constitutional Law. He has previously worked with various think tanks, law firms, NGOs, independent advocates, the Chief Minister's office, and a Delhi High Court judge. He is an avid reader and thinker and writes on issues related to criminal law, constitutional law, and current legal issues prevalent in the country.
Mr. Jindal's areas of practice include Criminal Law, Cheque Bounces, Family Matters, Cybercrime, Bail, POCSO, Real Estate (RERA), Consumer Forum (NCDRC), Recovery, Service Matters, Arbitration, and Law of Writs. He also serves as a consultant to various companies and startups, providing successful outcomes for his clients. Additionally, he trains law students for litigation practice.
