I am an expert in performing eCommerce, Drop Shipping, FBA Shipment, Inventory Planning, Procurement-Logistics-Supply Chain related tasks, Fixing standard specifications of products, Developing new cost-effective sources of supplies, Managing activities of Amazon Seller Central.
At present, I’m managing a complex inventory-based eCommerce business (The Coldest Water) - with multiple warehouses internationally, and multiple selling channels.
I have been working as a VA since 2015. Details of my activities as a Virtual Assistant are listed below:
1. At present I’m serving “The Coldest Water” a Florida-based company as a “Head of Supply Chain And Customer Service”. Here, I’m looking after full procurement-logistics functions and managing Customer Service with the help of 2 teams of 7 Assistants.
Details of the activities those I’m managing with the help of 2 teams are as follows:
• Reviewing the stock status of 450+ variants (We use Inventory Planner for tracking our stocks)
• Drafting orders for reorderable items in Inventory Planner
• Getting owner’s approval on drafted orders
• Placing Orders with the current vendor: Through website or email.
• Handling China, Thailand, Bangladesh & USA-based vendors.
• Following-up vendors for timely shipment
• Informing the WH team well in advance about the upcoming consignment.
• Developing new cost-effective source of supplies
• Finding vendors and arranging samples for new products
• Liaison with Freight Forwards And C&F Agents.
• Handle vendor’s Accounts and alarm the owner for timely payment.
• Provide Customer Support with the help of 4 Customer Service VAs.
2. I’d served HiPi Industries Inc – An Ontario, Canada-based e-Commerce firm for more than 2 years. Here I was responsible for managing the Procurement activities of 1500+ SKUs as a Procurement Manager.
3. I’d served Camara And Company - A Maryland, USA based company for more than 3 years. There I was looking after the Customer Service and Administrative activities of the company as an Executive Assistant.
In addition to the above tasks, I am capable of handling and adding values to Accounting and Bookkeeping being a post-graduate in Accounting.
I am an M. Com major in Accounting. I have worked in the practical business field for more than 20 years. During this period, I served Multinational (Unilever) And International Companies (Singapore and Dhaka-based).
