Nutrition is my passion. I strongly advocate a healthy, balanced diet and lifestyle in order to prevent the onset of chronic disease and promote health. I believe in bringing nutrition back to basics. With the abundance of information available online I want to try and help cut through the nutrition myths and use an evidence-based approach to help others understand how to nourish your body. I am an enthusiastic writer and can offer my skills in writing blog articles, evidence-based reports, analyse nutrition content of food, determine macro & micro nutrients, conduct meal planning, develop food labels, complete literature reviews, develop recipes and much more! I am a qualified Dietitian/ Nutritionist with a Bachelors degree in Nutrition & Dietetics from Griffith University, Australia and am currently a registered member with the Dietitians Association of Australia and the College of Dietitians of British Columbia, Canada.
