I am 54 year old, I had held many positions CFO, COO, CCO(consulting), General Manager, Auditor, Sales & Marketing Manager) prior become freelancer consultant since 2015.
I run a small operation with 2 full time technical (accounting & financial) staff.
~ A simple data entry, data-financial analysis operation.
~ A tactical or strategic working papers such as employee handbook and co-policy, business plan, budgeting plan, costing plan, project plan and management, IPO, RTO, taxation, re-financing and all types of corporate restructuring exercises such as financial, HR organisation, systems or performance optimization and etc..
Just to mention a few of financial aspect e.g. obtain various govt. agencies pioneer or preferential status with host of its privileges in fundings/tax exemptions, holdings’ corporate governance and operations due diligence exercises, pre & post IPO, RTO, re-capitalization, re-financing, debts restructuring, forex-money market management & etc. From operations aspect e.g. restructure SOP and processes, optimizing org-structure via manpower time-motion studies, implementing company-wide ERP system, 5S, TQM & JIT manufacturing operations, cost down budgeting and control, increasing revenue, costing and pricing strategy to securing govt. projects, tenders and etc.
