I have been working in customer service for almost 10 years, and I am now planning a transition into Marketing. Although successful in my customer service career, Covid 19 impacted the whole world, and as a result, I had to work from home as a freelancer. I Joined Udacity and started learning about Digital Marketing and I fell in love with it, It showed me new horizons of knowledge about Digital marketing. - Every brand has a story behind it - whether that is one that leaves customers feeling informed and educated, or one that sparks joy and delight. I'm passionate about not only defining and articulating that story but also developing and implementing integrated marketing plans which companies can utilize to tell that story and maximize their reach. - We're living in an exhilarating time where you can reach millions of people through so many different channels. That being said, to build a brand, you need to identify the right audience and craft the right story. With my passion for Digital Marketing, I had the opportunity to create multiple integrated marketing campaigns across social, email, and content. One of the marketing campaigns I led involved creating a marketing objective, KPIs, blog, social media, and email marketing campaigns was very successful. Some of my previous experiences include being on the marketing team for Udacity for their product Digital Marketing Nanodegree.
