I am a Software Developer based in India. I love building new things ground up. I have experience in SymfonyPHP and Wordpress. I also love to program in C, C++, C#, Fortran, Perl and Java. During the past few years I have learnt that no matter how clever you are at designing software and algorithms, if the coder you have at your disposal is a bad one, the software you'll have in the end will be rigged with bugs and will not be much reliable and/or secure. I have come across several terrible coders who are in fact highly experienced. There is yet another problem with other highly experienced coders and that is they undermine the drawbacks of the technology they work on.
