Land-Rush
Land-Rush is a website that helps you to sell or rent properties and land. After the members will add the properties, they can create a blast (email campaign). For ease of use, everything is wizard-based. In order to create a blast, the members need to follow 4 steps. First of all, they need to add blast info. They can choose to blast the listing to their private list or use the Land-Rush database. If they choose the Land-Rush database, the recipients must be added using a zip-code radius search. They can edit the number of emails to be send based on the cost. The third step targets the payment details and the last one allows members to schedule their blasts. The Land-Rush interface allows members to view their listings, blasts, orders (invoices are generated automatically) and contacts (they can add a list of contacts). Another important feature is that the dashboard provides statistics regarding the number of page views, clicks and opens.
