Eco-Resort, Inagua, Bahamas
As an employee of Strictly Additions we were contracted by a previous client to design, build, and maintain an eco resort to be located in Inagua, Bahamas. Unfortunately the hurricanes of 2004 and 2005 decimated this small island and put a halt to the project.

Extensive design and construction document production experience with a PM background on projects up to 100,000 sq.ft. BIM experience to level 3 using Revit. Also, proficient using AutoCAD, sketchup, v-ray, 3dMax, lumion, photoshop, illustrator, and providing hand drawn illustrations. Easy person to work with and can communicate frequently through a variety of means. I make a strong effort to surpass the expectations of even the most demanding client.
