I am an IT professional consultant with an extensive experience in the IT sector and a recent in-depth experience in consulting leading mobile sectors in the gulf arena. I hold a Master of Science degree in Digital Media, with a specialization in Human-Computer Interaction. Such an extensive course that lasted 2 years (after pursing my Bachelors degree in Computer Science) has provided me with unique skills relevant to results-oriented business analysis, most important of which is a problem-solving approach crucial for arriving at focused results and practical recommendations. My current duties require full availability to meet client's satisfaction in terms of consultation, proposing risk analysis, problem finding and integration new methodologies to fill the missing gaps of the internal client's processes, & iOS extensive development. My extensive interaction with various clients in the gulf region in both private and public sectors has enriched my multi-cultural communication skills and understanding. I have gained in-depth realisation of ways that various clients derive their systems from and tackled the missing connections in the internal systems, thus approaching a compatible solution meeting their requirement fully; a term I set as a target in my consultation process called "user happiness". In my previous experience in Germany, I have conquered the European understanding of inner company structures and the various obstacles faced as well as potential ways of tackling such obstacles and turning them into easy, simple and robust systems. Strategy planning and risk analysis is highly considered as a priority in Europe, so my duties were always circulated around these two phenomena, where we had to analyse internet systems search for optimizing potential leaks, activating hard-core quality assurance testing, applying different approaches and behavior to understand the stability and workflow of systems.
