I am a professional web developer, with hands on experience and developing all kind of web sites and web style custom applications. Between plain html to big e-shop sites, using PHP and MySQL combined with CSS, Javascript, AJAX, XML,SEO techniques and whichever bleeding edge technology is needed, along with mainstream CMS software such as Drupal, Joomla and Wordpress. In addition, as a part of my duties, I am installing/maintaining/troubleshooting/optimizing related open source applications, such as a Linux operating system, an Apache web server, a MySQL database server, PHP settings or users administration panel (such as Cpanel or Plesk). I have a strong foundation and good global understanding of informatics due to my previous job as a network/system administrator for several years in multi users environment (over 100 on a 7/24 basis). I also had worked for several years as a freelancer, building web sites or web style custom applications, implementing and supporting E.R.P. programs and troubleshooting/maintaining pc hardware and peripherals. My working experience either as an employee or a freelancer has taught me how to be persisted, responsible, taking initiative, knowledge sharing and team player with my colleagues. Interacting with customers has taught me values of keeping up with schedules and treating them respectfully.
