I have over 24+ years of experience in IT working with Global clients in various aspects such as Delivery, Sales Support, Account Management and operations. I have performed various roles like Project Manager, Program/Portfolio Manager, Engagement Manager (EM level2) , RIT (Regional Interface Team) Lead, and Offshore Country Lead. Currently, Program Manager/Senior Project Manager in Germany (Cloud & Infrastructure Services) since Feb 2022. Leading Operational Excellence for AO portfolio (€32 mil/year for 7 years ~€189 mil) (SAP and Non-SAP) at Global Life Science Customer in Germany since Jan 2023. Earlier, Managed the Infrastructure Service Integration portfolio at Global Life Science Customer from Feb 2022 to Dec 2022. Previously from Jan 2020 until Feb 2022, managed Netherlands & BeLux region as Offshore Country lead (~280 FTE). Successfully grown NL BU with 16% and BeLux with 22% in H1 2021. In addition, as part of the Delivery portfolio, managing Postal Services account as Offshore EM (~55 FTE) for Cloud transformation & support engagement. I have managed multiple End-to-end engagements and have good exposure with ADM delivery with big accounts most of Germany, NL & Belgium accounts.
