Have created original background music for documentary productions on diverse subjects – Rural awareness in India (Sabab Kahaniyan - a film on girl child education for UNICEF – music based on the traditional folk music of Mizrapur in Uttar Pradesh); historical (a film on Fatehpur Sikri – periodic flavour with Iranian, Persian and Indian sounds); Corporate (Jai-Ho Bamboo - a film on bamboo and life of the people of Nagaland – created soundscapes inspired by traditional Naga folk); Children Productions Have produced more than forty Children Fairy tales like Sleeping Beauty, Snow White, Jack and the Beanstalk - creating the entire storyboards with various artists’ voices, musical soundscapes and dramatic background music using orchestral elements and sound effects. Advertisement and Promotions Have written and composed advertisement jingles like Tum Sunder Ho, Tum Komal Ho – a jingle for bath soap for young children in Hindi; I wear your love – a jingle in English for men’s perfume; Gaya Polio Bhaga Polio for Polio campaign jingle in Hindi; Bamboo – the shining green gold – a jingle for Bamboo Promotion in English. Have also created instrumental music for various trade promotions and media presentations. Audio Restoration Have undertaken challenging jobs where poor recordings from old tapes, DATs, poorly recorded live sound, poorly recorded camera synch sounds were restored to customer's satisfaction, bringing out intelligibility and shine. Putting it simply, poorly recorded audio material was cleaned and polished for use in professional assignments. Songs for short films Have written and composed original songs for short films like - Life’s on the fast lane – for a film on exam stress; Baba thoda sa rukna main padhna chahun – for a film on girl child education; Suniyo mirigan baat – a song for a film on Chhatisgarh, Jaago Bhaiya – an awareness song on Hepatitis-B. The National Anthem – A reprise Have written and composed a prelude to National Anthem titled ‘Celebration’ sung by various artists. Karaoke Music Have musically arranged more than two hundred karaoke tracks of Indian Film songs. Am a member of International Society for Music Education.
