1. Chemical Dosing System Automation:
I developed a chemical dosing system for textile industries using Siemens S7-1200 PLC and Weintek HMI, programmed with TIA Portal. This custom product optimizes chemical dosing in the textile manufacturing process.
2. Industrial Water Management System Automation:
I implemented a water management system for Klash Textile, a renowned industry in Pakistan. This system monitors water consumption and controls turbine and booster pump pressure and flow. I used a Mitsubishi FX-3U PLC, Weintek HMI, and programmed it using GX Developer-2. The communication protocol between the controller and flow meter was Modbus (RS-485).
3. Energy Management (Utility Management System):
I installed an energy management system for textile industries, enabling them to monitor water, steam, air, and electricity consumption in relation to their production. I also designed an application for management to generate consumption and production reports. The system utilized a Siemens S7-1200 PLC, Weintek HMI, and TIA Portal software. Data was mirrored across five industry locations using Weintek Cloud. The communication protocol between the controller and energy analyzer was Modbus (RS-485).
