Through professionalism and hard work, I guarantee my work. I work in a 6 month blocks per project, so you can rest at easy knowing, your project is my number one priority. After initial contacts has been made, to make sure we are on the same page, terms of milestones are outlined, then is payment discussed. I request that 10% of project total be placed before project is started. Remaining balance be paid per project milestone approval plan.
