I am patient and flexible but firm and demanding when it comes to quality. I like to form long-lasting relationships with capable providers. I am a serious buyer with a very long list of projects in development. In particular I specialize in websites relating to languages and culture. I am looking for talented freelancers who are honest, creative, communicate well and often, and can contribute their talent to our team. Sometimes you can propose to me your own project and if I like it I will fund it. So be creative, become familiar with my business and make suggestions! I highly encourage you to provide "samples" or "mock-ups" of your work in the PMB for my projects. That gives me a chance to see that you have actually read the project and put some thought into it. I do not like ready made responses that clearly show you have not read my requirements. Show me you understand what the project is about. I will escrow all payments and will not, under any circumstances, pay in advance for work. When dealing with established providers I generally use PayPal or GAF, depending on the providers wishes, but other payment methods are of course an option. I would rather pay a higher price for superior work than to pay less for mediocrity. I am not interested in quantity but in quality. Sometimes I can be flexible with due dates in exchange for superior work.
