Taylor has been an independent writer since the year 2000. He has written curricula and workbooks for other teachers and for library use. He writes parenting and child mental health articles for Livestrong. His other articles are on a range of topics including, but not limited to, culture, religion, small business ownership, legal issues, organic gardening and crafts. He has also authored dramatic scripts. Taylor is a current student of clinical psychology and a candidate for the master's degree in 2015.
