• Troubleshooting in Citrix and VPN clients and configure Citrix receiver.

• Expertise in handling windows OS level issues, Office 365 & various kind of outlooks issues.
• Windows OS related problems & also having experience of windows XP 7,8 10
• Installation of all kind of printers (standalone as well as network)
• Installing and troubleshooting of VPN user end system.
