Concept description Language is one of the many ways culture can be expressed by. Ethiopian Amharic language has its own set of alphabets. I used Amharic alphabets in the making of the logo so that it can easily be recognized and that gives a welcoming and friendly feeling. Two letters form the Amharic alphabet was used to form the initials of “creative futures”, CF, by replacing the English letter “C” with the resembling Amharic latter “ር” and the English latter “F” was replaced by a horizontally flipped Amharic letter “ጓ” in order to resemble it. An arrow indicating to the right is the icon for next. Next can contextually be taken as the future. An upward pointing arrow can be an icon for upgrade. An upgrade is considered better. combining both, The arrow on the logo which is shown running through the letters from left to upper right direction gives a “to a better future” impression concerning creativeness.
