The freelancer will keep asking you to release the payments and will never deliver you the project. Awful communication and awful quality of code. If anyone is serious about the project, beware of this freelancer and never let him handle any important project. He will miss the deadlines giving excuses and then ask to release payments. And once you ask him to stop the work, he will abuse you over chat. Such a awful experience.
