I have worked as a Virtual Assistant for 3 and a half years to an Australian Real Estate company. And another 2 years to different companies. I classify my skills into 3 main categories: customer support, online marketing and administrative. I assist the client from planning to maintenance of the project/ service of their business. I was a call support for a short period of time. In that task I ensured the appropriate notice was given and documentation done. Another skills that I have is social media marketing. For email marketing I have tried several campaigns. I also have knowledge on affiliate marketing in clickbank and amazon. I have manage the websites of my clients. In my experience I've used wordpress. I also know database updating and data entry which is kind of common nowadays. Lastly I know a bit of graphic design using canva and photoshop.
