I have been in the call center industry from year 2010, from sales of car parts, Customer Service/tech support/sales in Telecommunications (T-Mobile, Metro PCS, AT&T), Collections Agent from Capital One UK, Sales rep in Internet/Landline/TV Cable service Providers (Time Warner Cable and AT&T), Technical support from (Microsoft and Dell) and currently employed with one of the biggest call center in the Philippines as a trainer (Concentrix, Dell Account).
