Screen Pop for SugarCRM. When a call is made or received, Screen Pop searches Contacts, Leads, Accounts, Etc., for records matching the phone number. S-Pop integrates with Asterisk to accomplish this task. Multiple calls are displayed as tabs. The phone number search is performed using the Unified Search Feature of Sugar, the Unified Search is wrapped to allow enhanced search functionality over that of the out of the box Unified Search Feature.
