I’m programming and leading projects for about six years. I started building my software development skills from self-employment projects and freelancing for about year and then transitioned to more enterprise development in the offshore software development company. Initial freelancing experience helped me to build and maintain good communication skills within distributed teams, while working as part of leading IT company helped me to strengthen my development process understanding as well as access to enterprise tools like Visio & Team Foundation. I consider myself equally good in developing web services, web-based systems and desktop applications, using various technologies. While most of my recent experience was related with .NET platform and C# language, I am not religious about programming language or tool to be used for development (although I do think that C# is way better than VB and even VB.NET). I like working as part of the team, communicate to people and to customers using any possible ways of communication. Working as a team lead, I usually encourage to openness and open collaboration as well as taking hard decisions via brainstorming – either with or without a customer. For last 3 years worked as mobile developer with most popular platforms as Android and iOS.
