The PID-control system combined with elements of model predictive control theory is being researched. The article describes the use of model prediction algorithm to predict integral constituent of relay control algo-rithm. This way of system implementation leads to decreasing of dynamic errors, guaranteeing stability of system and good quality of transition processes

The article describes a possible way of reduction of drive speed error with the use of MPC algorithm in a separate adaptation loop. A purpose of MPC is to find optimal value of some parameter of main control algorithm (probably non-MPC) and apply it to main loop's regulator. A seek procedure of MPC algorithm based on numerous tests of main system behavior at some future time interval and founding parameter, which brings absolute minimum to integral quadratic error on prediction horizon

Energy-saving position electric drive with static current observer

The principles of implementation of energy saving control algorithm for position electric drive are shown. The method is based on forming of a trapezoidal tachograms in all range of possible moving with varying of starting and braking current and maximal drive speed to achieve absolute minimum of energy losses in the anchor chain. It also takes into account limitations on maximal current and drive speed value.
